Lobby bar staff was fantastic and highly entertaining all night! We loved them

The AC didn’t work the entire time we were there despite calling about it. The walk to our room was like a maze and with luggage, it was quite a haul.

This is a beautiful hotel and a convenient walk to many places.

Lovely staff, building, and location is convenient. Also, one of the most inconvenient & bizarre, maze-like layouts I’ve ever seen. It’s a bit like lipstick on a pig, looks lovely but just okay.

Our family experienced issues in 2 of our 3 rooms with the air conditioning/heating unit. Issues required maintenance in the middle of the night and eventual room moves. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 5+ years but don’t plan on returning.

Oh yes, I’m not a breakfast person but I did enjoy your buffet. Thank you.

given room 618 only problem lift only goes to fifth floor then stairs up/ rooms clean great outlook from this room / two areas for breakfast the one near check in is slighty better than other area /good staff / We managed to get on street parking just round on next street due to disabled badge

Great breakfast and great location. Paper thin walls though and heater couldnt heat the room or bathroom.

Even though it was their fault that we couldn’t pay a 29 euro bill ( the card scanner battery was dead) they locked us out of our room Truly the most unhelpful arrogant staff I have travelled extensively and we will never stay in a riu branded hotel again

The staff were professional, courteous and helpful. The hotel location was ideal for sightseeing, shopping, eating and sleeping. The breakfast buffet was such a welcome benefit.

The hotel is beautiful, with the character of the original features intact. Upon arrival the foyer/porter staff were exceptionally professional, friendly and intuitive. The updated rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay, and was fantastic. My only criticism is a big one. We came early to the hotel due to our early flight from Canada. We were told that check-in wasn't officially until 3 pm, there was a good possibility that we could get in early, possibly in the morning, we would just have to leave our email. My husband filled out the form, and somehow his email was copied incorrectly. We waited 6 1/2 hours. We checked with the incredibly busy staff 3 times during those hours, and we were told each time "it's not ready yet, we will email you." Finally my husband asked for a manager, and when he checked into it, we were told the email was sent an hour and a half earlier...to the wrong email. The staff is very young. Mistakes happen, I get it. But this was a huge mistake that could have been easily avoided. I would suggest a different system for this. And this is the sole reason I cannot give 5 stars.

Nice hotel, but not as close to the areas we were walking since it was on the north side of the bridge. Flooring was not typical for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom had no counter space. Nice hotel, value for money was not the best.

Amazing staff from the moment you step in the hotel. Very helpful and accommodating. Clean rooms , comfortable beds, excellent breakfast.
