The whole hotel is dated and could use some upgrades. Front desk was slow but mainly because hotel was busy. Rooms were clean but hotel itself wasn’t well kept. The lobby was super noisy, crowded and not very clean.

The location was excellent! Great proximity to old Quebec and winter carnival. Very busy hotel for carnival weekend, sometimes had to wait a few minutes for elevators. Nice amenities with indoor pool/hot tubs and work out room. Room was basic but a comfortable bed. Staff was very nice. Would stay again for location!

The staff was very pleasant to deal with, and we enjoyed our stay there

The staff was courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the restaurant Cochon Dingue - the food and staff were good. However we have some comments about the room. Hotel Concorde was the hotel that we always stayed at when we visited Quebec City - not only for the great location and the amazing view - but the rooms were also very nice. We haven’t been here for 15 years and had expected the same experience. But, we are quite disappointed with the room we had for this recent visit. There were cracks on the walls, bathroom sink and floor. There was what looked like water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door and the ceiling near the window. The lighting in the room was also very poor where we had to turn off the main lamp by unplugging it from the extension cord on the floor. And the safe in the room was locked and unusable - we were told that they will be replacing them so no safe was available for our use. All in all, we are sad and disappointed that our go to place to stay when visiting Quebec City is no longer a pleasant experience.

It’s a nice hotel with an excellent pool and spa. The restaurants are very good too.

Check in and valet people were great! Elevators were SUPER slow on a very busy weekend. I’m not sure they all were working. Taking the stairs was a strange experience you wind through work areas for staff. Hallways and rooms were old and worn. Our bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Walls were super thin so we heard everything in the rooms next to us and in the hallway. But we were super close to the winter festive events so that made up for the underwhelming hotel.

Very hot room, couldn't get the room temp down, even using the A/C. Very, very small bath towels. Poor tissue paper quality, if I want to sand my nose, next time, I will use sanding paper, its going to be softer. Cheap for the price paid, $350 a night

A comfortable stay

The room was very hot even if the A/C was turned on. The bath towel were as big as a hand towel, tissue paper was a very cheap, like sanding paper. Elevators is always stopping on differents levels without any reason. Very poor quality for the money I paid per night. Above $350.00 / night

Excellent location to experience Carnavale

Reception staff were not happy, not a smile on their faces meanwhile it is the City’s great yearly event. Room is outdated, there was a broken lock on the cabinet door. No working lights when we entered. As for the bathroom the grout was dark, not cleaned or very old. Too bad, it used to be a great place, well situated and great views but won’t be going back.

Old scratched furniture, stained upholstery, parked car far from hotel and paid 25 dollars extra for that. Definitely first an last time!

Clean. Great location. Comfortable. Kind staff. The only hiccup is the parking. It’s a couple of blocks away and the entrance was difficult to find.
