Spacious suites with older furnishings and decor. Enjoyed the hot tub. Location was perfect for us. Very courteous front desk staff.

I just love the fact that they let us check in 2 hours early. Although, 4 pm check in is quite outrageous but I did book it knowing that so.

Room was okay, bed sheets were dirty/stained and there was hair all over them so luckily I brought my own blankets. Staff was absolutely amazing though. I went out and I had the door man walk me to my uber and open my door for me.

Room was clean amenities at the hotel were easily accessible. The service staff were exceptional, readily available and respectful. Would stay here again.

Staff great, location awesome, clean room. When we arrived, my reaction was, wow! I have stayed in about 500 hotel rooms due work and have been surprised maybe 3 times. This was one. Absolutely, for the price and expectations, wayyyyyyy better than expected. Did not expect such a big room. Only negative is that Netflix or prime would be nice on TV vs. Cable. All in all, be back 100%

Very clean and the front staff were very accommodating!

Staff were extremely helpful. We also were placed on the 20th floor with an excellent view of downtown Vancouver. What a view coupled with the suite made these 2 nights very special

The staff were great. The room was clean. The location is perfect.

It was a nice room with good amenities. The only challenge I had was putting the Privacy Please sign on my door so my room would remain untouched and coming back and seeing that my room had been serviced and the privacy please sign removed as a part of it.
