Unfortunately we asked for two separate rooms in our reservation but ended up with a king size bed. The room was very small considering the cost of almost 600 euros a night. Additionally, the front desk guy told us we were getting an amazing room but it turns out it was on first floor with windows opening to an internal gray patio. No natural sunlight. Also they don’t have international power sockets. So if you don’t have a power adapter, you’ll have issues charging your electronic devices. The breakfast was good and with various choices. However fruit selection is limited.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful neighborhood close to the city center. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely go back.

Tv and telephone wasn’t working The magnifying mirror was useless due to its height There was no plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer Also, most rooms face an office building with people looking directly at the rooms so you had to close the drapes

In the heart of Munich, a great place to stay

Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks.

Clean, centric, amenities , breakfast with lot of options

This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable with amazing hospitality. On Christmas Eve, hospitality went room to room sharing delicious sweet bread. You can’t beat the location either. It’s walkable distance to Resz, Marienplatz, and the market. My family had an unforgettable Christmas stay in Munich; very glad we picked this hotel!

Lovely location, nice rooms, helpful staff

Amazing hotel! Perfect Location. We upgraded to a suite when we got there and was a perfect stay. I did not realize this was a 4 Seasons Brand hotel and it did not disappoint. Walking distances to amazing shops and restaurants, next to the palace and opera house. Nice pool and gym area in the spa. Lobby area was a great place to hang and be seen. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative I would say was pillows were very mushy.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location. The staff are friendly and work to meet your needs. The hotel rooms are a bit older and some of the amenities do not work the way they should. I would still recommend this hotel but know that there are opportunities for upgrades and improvements.
