The worst the most worst hotel I stay in Tijuana very bad customer service till the rooms. Everything terrible I will never recommend any person to stay in this hotel they scam you they charge you overcharge for nothing. I can’t even bring a guest they charge for it this is unbelievable. I never had this experience in Tijuana before I visit every month with no problems. All the hotels very welcome this hotel. It’s very very bad. Please don’t go there. If you are American they just try to take your money. They see us as ATM m this is very very bad when I get to my room there is no hairdryer there is no towels I keep calling and till I went down, ask him for towels and a hairdryer. They brought it up to me, of course cause you have to tip them, which is always I do, but there is no customer service very bad. the rooms are terrible that bathroom old cracks. The water is low slow. The AC is terrible every time I talk to them. Yes we’re gonna fix it. They don’t fix nothing. They don’t want to change the room. It’s terrible. I’m sad that I really was excited for this hotel for first time because it was saying it’s a five star but it’s not. I’m sorry I don’t gonna give even one star if there is less than one star, I will put it.

I normally have excellent experience in this place always my one stop when I come to Tijuana , this time the room was not completely cllean was we found condoms left from previous guest , als next day I had an appointment and the shower wasn’t working till my husband fix it, of course after I already took my cold shower , the staff normally is kind but this time was not a good experience to me

All the Staff is always very helpful and kind. We prefer this hotel and have never had any problems. Always enjoy the view. I use the gym every morning and it is clean and gets the job done.

I stayed in this room over the weekend and unfortunately my experience was not good. The cleanliness was very poor. When we checked the bed, there were stains and even lipstick smeared on the sheets and blankets, which clearly seemed to be left from the previous guest. This was very unpleasant, because when you arrive at a place to stay you expect everything to be clean and ready for you to rest. The lack of hygiene in something as basic as the bedding raises serious concerns about the cleaning standards of this place. I hope the management pays closer attention to these details, because cleanliness should be a top priority for any place that hosts guests.

We appreciated the nice restaurant and wonderful staff, the convenience of a small store in the hotel, and a great pool area. Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend!
