The deteriorating condition of the building was apparent from the outside. The check in experience was smooth, and the front desk staff were kind in every interaction we had with them. My partner and I stayed in a standard room with one double bed. I would compare the mattress to that of a pull out couch. It was thin, and we had a hard time getting comfortable either when sitting and watching TV, or trying to fall asleep. The included AC and mini fridge worked well. In the bathroom, the toilet and sink appeared clean, however the same cannot be said for the shower. The shower curtain had many stains, as well as some holes. I noticed a yellow glob of... something with a hair sticking out of it on the curtain. The tub itself was also dirty. Some of it appears to just be stained, however there were areas of grime that I could easily scratch off with my fingernail. The water pressure was poor, and the drain was slow. On the second day of our visit, I notified the front desk of the issue and requested that the shower be cleaned and the curtain be changed. When we returned to the room, we had the pillows and towels we had also asked for, however it was obvious that the shower and curtain had not been touched. It is also worth mentioning that there is no dedicated parking for hotel guests. During our stay there were a few events at the banquet hall, which at times made parking a challenge. I cannot say I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

It was perfect for what I needed it for; a cheap hotel to sleep at in a pinch. Nothing to write home about, but did the job.

It's not same as shown in picture no soundproof walls and room was not clean properly

The worst hotel experience I’ve had. I booked this hotel because it’s close to my exam centre, but the stay added stress before an important test. I arrived to find a stained duvet, a dirty fridge, and no toilet paper or napkins in the room. I have photos. The most serious issue was that another couple was given a key to my room. Staff admitted it was their mistake. As a woman travelling alone, this was extremely upsetting and made me feel unsafe. There was no genuine apology or immediate offer to move me. After several trips to reception, I was moved to a so-called upgraded room, but it was worse. It was on the ground floor beside a car park, noisy with little privacy, and had blood on one of the pillows. There was no cutlery, no napkins, and just a partially used roll of toilet paper. I explained that I had an important exam the next morning, but despite knowing this, I was placed in a noisy room. I was too exhausted to move again and ended up staying. I was initially offered a 20 percent discount because of the issues, but the next morning I was told I wouldn’t receive it because I’d been quote, “upgraded”. I was told the manager would contact me, but never heard anything further, and my card was charged the full amount.

This was an unusual visit. The front desk employees, actually all interactions with staff was positive. They were all kind and respectful. The room itself had its ups and downs. The air conditioning had super powers and was great as it was over 30*C and hot over the weekend we stayed. However it created a damp, moldy odor in the room. The cleanliness of the room however was not very good. The bathroom, specifically the toilet and shower had previous visitors “hairs”very evident in and on them. The shower curtain was older and had mildew stains on the bottom portion. When mentioned to front desk they were quick to respond. Shower curtain was changed alas the re-clean was not great. We found a king sized bed with three pillows for two registered guests interesting. No do not disturb sign in the room. You can have your room made up but you have to request it, that was not mentioned when checking in. There is one hook in the bathroom for whatever you may need to hang, as well as two actual hangers to hang things on. It offered a sizeable ironing board with no cloth cover on it, should you have needed it you would iron a pattern of holes into your clothing. What was interesting is that upon check out, again staff was polite and we were “good to go” yet no opening for comment like..”how was your stay”, or thank you for glinting us. I have never felt compelled to write a comment however so much perplexed me about this visit I could not seem to not offer a comment.

There was nothing that I liked about the place. The beds were very uncomfortable, there is black mould growing in the shower, poor lighting in the bathroom. They didn’t make up our room or replenish the coffee. Very disappointed.

I told the house keeper to get me a clean towel but didn't do it. And on the 5th floor when you get out of the elevator there was a bud smell I don't know what it was.

They didn’t cleaned my room for three nights

The only thing I liked was it being close to other amenities. The AC in my room didn’t work. The pillows had no pillow cases. On the check in date, the receptionist had not activated the key fob. I went to the sixth floor, gave them a call about the fob and he had even forgotten about me and I was left standing in front of the door for minutes. I was tired after 7 hours drive. The room stank as well. I’m not going there again.

The room was just ok, I was on the bottom floor, my widow was right in the rear parking lot if the one set of curtains that barely fit the window were not closed all the way people in the parking lot could see directly into my room. The staff were friendly but there is a definite disconnect due to language barrier as the staff is from a different culture. The parking on the second night was terrible as I had to park way in the back of the hotel and with no rear entrance I was definitely nervous about walking alone all the way around the back of the building in the evening by myself.

Bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. It’s basically the cheapest mattress possible on a very poorly designed frame. I honestly feel half the bed had broken springs that’s how bad it was. My husband and I are in our late 30’s and can barely move because our backs and neck are so sore. Room was very outdated and the floor was chipped in areas and had springy spots. Bathroom was so dim it was hard to see in the mirror while getting ready… the photos are misleading for sure. I will say the price was better compared to other hotels for this time frame. But that’s about the only positive I can say. Won’t stay here again.

Parking was very good. Staff very pleasant.The room we were in, very poorly "redone". Would not stay here again. The pillows were square and lumpy. The bed supportive but was from the time beds were made with many springs that squeak.

There was hair on our bed and one out of two pillows was tiny. The toilet seat was also broken and kept falling off
