The breakfast is always nice and overall, this is a nice modern and updated hotel. No rude surprises and a very easy check in and check out.

Very convenient for parking and close to airport

They didn't take out garbage or replace towels even with the maid service sign out. This has been a problem in my previous vists as well. The restaurant service was excellent.

Hotel is in good conditions. One elevator was not working, but there were 2 more in operation. Room was clean and amenities were good.

Best place to stay in Saskatoon

I leave my vehicle a the hotel and they provide a ride to and from the airport parking a lot cheaper than airport parking

Long waits for elevators, there weren't enough to handle the amount of guests coming and going.

And the room didn't get cleaned as well as it should have been each day. forgetful of the replacements of coffees supplies and towel

Rooms are dated an cleaning is somewhat questionable

No hot tub

Well there was one small light for the whole room on a switch. The fan in the bathroom was about to fly off the ceiling. Hot/cold water was iffy in shower. And the bathroom sink was plugged. I do like the Dove products in the shower though.

Our room was fine, just a few maintenance items. 1 light didnt work, inside fridge compartments broken or not there, tub drain was damaged (drained fine, just broken) Parking lot was very rutted and icy

Shuttle was prompt. Check in and out was easy and quick.

The room was nice. The restaurant is expensive.
