Best lodging in the city. Excellent attentive staff.

No hot tub and the bar was boring

The room was in good conditions except for the fact that the balcony door did not work. The door to the balcony can be accessed from any room with a balcony and therefore i did not feel comfortable and asked to be moved to a different room which was not in such a great condition… at least not for the price.

Everything was excellent plus they allowed late check-out as we were there for medical reasons. We will stay there when there is a need for a stay in Mexicali again.

Rooms are dated - no fridge, no USB Some front desk staff were helpful, but receptionist at check-in was rude. Pool was not heated and no hot tub.

Room did not have a fridge, the check in was fast but clerk did not explain anything about the hotel. The bell boy was great and helpful. The buffets food was great. There was a warer running noise from the ceiling it was never taken care of. To be a expensive hotel its not great.

Outstanding hotel, the best in Mexicali. They provide great customer service and the amenities are great as well. This hotel has been my first lodging option for many years, and I will continue to come back every time I am in Mexicali.
