the rooms were clean and a ok breakfast in the morning. The place needs better maintenance.

Sometimes reviews have a way turning a bad experience(s) Into a good one. I recently stayed at Niagara Lodge & Suites, booked for 1 night but later booked an extra night, one of their very nice and amazing staffs Eddy put me in their jacuzzi room as that was the only room left and told me I have to switch rooms in the morning considering I had booked a different room and I told him am not switching, that I wanted what I booked for. He said to just let them know in the morning I don’t want to switch. What really got me pissed was the fact that a staff came to knock on my door and woke me up all in the name of switching rooms and this got me furious, the Manager then told her to leave me alone in the same room. It does feel good when a business recognizes loyal and returning customers. It wasn’t the room I was interested in, just the idea of being woken up from my sleep and the idea of having to move my stuff to another room .. I just need to sleep after a stressful week at work. I drive from Toronto every weekend just to lodge here.

If you can avoid staying here I suggest that you book somewhere else before ever considering this place. The only positive thing I can say was that the pool was just ok enough and that the breakfast was bit surprising in a good way. When I looked under the bed it was disgusting chips and food crumb left from knows how long ago, the bed itself sags quite a bit, also found a bug in the washroom, no towel hanger or even a hair dryer what so ever. I be up loading pictures as well.

Parking was on property. Staff was mediocre and didn't go out of their way to help. Beds were hard as rocks and hot water only got warm

Yes theres provided laundry & cleaning but room cleans are very rare the only reason they call is for towels & trash, I woke up covered in bites on my ankles from sleeping in the bed so I had to sleep on the couch most of the nights I stayed there to avoid getting anymore bites

The room was very run down with many holes, the carpet was not vacuumed, and the fridge still had an old container from the previous guests. No coffee/tea maker in the room as the listing had stated

The property is a little outdated but very clean room and great staff. I would stay again over and over.

Our Room was the cleanest part of the Property , the halls and Elevator needed to have a Vacuum run , around the edges of the carpet in the whole Interior looked as if the last time it was vacuumed was months ago . the Bed in our room was worn out and sagging in the center , not to mention the extreme Firmness . Dark hairs were on the shower curtain . The noise of someone working on their car in the parking lot right outside our bedroom window at 10 pm was annoying . and the Breakfast The sausage tasted freezer burnt, and the Eggs were edible . For the Price we were paying we did not expect much , however we did not think we would feel as if we were staying in a Third Wold Country !

The hotel is very old but it is very cheqp, clean and the parking is free. I would go again for sure.

All was well

I booked at 9pm the night of. I was given late entry around 11pm without extra charge. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room itself was spacious, containing a full sized kitchen with a stove and oven. Although, the room was in a concerning state. The closet doors were off the rails; physically propped up against the wall. The bathroom looks "modern", but has minor but lingering issues. The air conditioner was placed next to the bed, instead of inside the window. The room was situated in the corner of the second floor. There were people on the balcony smoking, but the odor did not penetrate the room. Overall, a decent experience for the $70 I paid for two nights. You pay for what you get. It's an (apparently) safe room, for cheap with availability on short notice during peak season.

Helpful staff and a beautiful little outdoor pool. Free parking.
