Its incredible hotel , i take 1 night extra eith the family

There wasn’t enough Kleenex and toilet paper in the room for 2 days, not enough storage for trash. Our room was placed in a hall right next to an entire young hockey team running up and down the halls all night long. Very unpleasant stay

Was an awesome stay, quick service, great breakfast loved the pancake maker was super cool, and the water slide was so much fun. Was worth the extra money definitely would go back!

Clean room and very nice staff. Upgraded our room for free so our infant daughter was closer to the pool.

Our family suite was near a large hallway/common area. From check in, until midnight and early the next morning they had hockey kids (counted 30) screaming and playing in the hallway. It was a large and echoed area. Our door, walls and windows were hit with soccer balls, repeatedly. It was so incredibly loud. We also had no hot water for showers the next morning.

Staff were great, clean rooms altough not a fan of carpet in the rooms.

Room was nice. We were originally booked at the outside motel part but the weather was very cold and they had no problem allowing us to switch to the inside rooms. We appreciated that!
