Great place to stay with my family.

En général très bien rapport qualité prix excellent. Mais très bruyant la nuit beaucoup de klaxon peut être que les fenêtres devraient être mieux isolées. Mais beau séjour tout de même.

I like that the room has a washer and dryer. Kitchen was huge, staff were super friendly

Nice downtown pet friendly hotel with warm but small pool, and big gym. Only downside is the parking and arrival area which is small, quickly crowded and not ideal with bigger vehicule. Also, eventhough it is pet friendly, their is no grass area surrounding it for letting them go pee/poo. (The small grass area in front they even have a sign saying no pet)

The location was ok. Right beside a mall, and a few mins away from the parliament. I liked the feel of the room, spacious, and comfortable. We were constantly surprised with the items provided for convince, like a full kitchen, washer, dryer. The room was very clean. The parking was very tight, and you need to check in first before you can park. The security is good, given the surroundings. You need a key card to get in, and on to your floor. We also used the pool. Also very clean.

The stay at this place was amazing. Check in was super easy and they texted me once I was in the room to make sure everything was in order. I then was able to text if I needed anything and they got it sorted. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, large new bedrooms with big tv and nice bathrooms in the heart of Ottawa. We also appreciated the warm swimming pool.

Parfait super hotel et proximité de tout

This is our third stay at Les Suites and would highly recommend. We had a two bedroom/2 bathroom unit and it had a washer and dryer too. The appliances were new and the kitchen had all the amenities required if one decided to eat in. Very central location, easy walk to By Ward Market, Parliament building and the Rideau canal, Restaurants and Rideau Shopping Centre.

Just a one-nighter this time. The usual excellent stay.

Large, clean, comfortable room.

It's a good hotel right downtown. Slightly dated, but not too bad. Our third guest used the pull out couch, not sure I would have slept on that. But other than that the bed was good, shower was good and our room even had laundry and a full kitchen. Parking lot is really confusing. If you are not careful you can actually walk to a different hotel with a different parking lot without ever leaving the building. We thought we lost grandpa for a while. Staff was nice. Felt secure enough, even though you are right down town. Parking is charged per night. In/Out. Lots of spots available and secured.

Great space for a family of 4-5 people. It was just a quick walk to ByWard Market and not a bad drive to get around downtown. The kitchen and dining area were great. It allowed our family to make some meals during our week there. Ensuite laundry was also very helpful for the longer stay. You do have to bring your own laundry detergent. The gym and indoor are very small so we didn’t use them. The room was decently clean but I wouldn’t say spotless, and there isn’t daily cleaning or towel replacement. A bit inconsistent. For the size of the kitchen, the water kettle and coffee maker were quite small. The bathroom vanity was also very small so there wasn’t much space to put your toiletries.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. We love the big spacious rooms, the pool is always great. Cleanliness has dropped Unfourtunately

Very clean suite. Staff was welcoming and responded quickly to our request for a cot. Only suggestion is to change photo of hotel exterior. The Courtyard Marriott is very different to Les Suites!
