Hotel was in a great location. Staff were wonderful and communication was great. The parking was nice to have.

I have walked past this hotel so many times and never realized it was there. A pleasant surprise. An older hotel, dated, but it does the trick. The location is perfect. We easily walked to the Save on Foods Centre to go to a concert. Easy parking really close by. The bed was fairly comfortable, but our biggest surprise was how quiet it was. I had read reviews about noise but we encountered none. The price was the reason we booked for a quick night and we would come back again for another quick night in Victoria.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, within walking distance to the Parliament building and the waterfront, lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Parking gargabe felt safe and secure.

Great location but very old building and rooms. Room looked onto interior atrium of building which is dirty and has bright lighting all night long. Room layout is awkward. Carpet appears to be original. Bedding is lumpy and uncomfortable. I would pass on this hotel if you have other options.

Staff were courteous, room was clean...thermostat did not function to control heat. Room remained below 20C/68F. Will be back. I have stayed at the Bedford since 1991.

room cleaning not consistent. our room was cleaned once and we exchanged towels one other day because it was too late for cleaning our room .

Everything was great, except no teabags in the room.

Grrat staff and clean room, loved the big shower with the dual shower heads. Also the upgraded my room to deluxe for free which was greatly appreciated
