Staff good people. But bathroom toilet separate from shower very uncomfortable never seen anything like that before. In three days never came to the room to clean at all. No new towels after a few days at least. Also bed are divided mattress. Very uncomfortable. Like I said staff ok and also location ok. In general hotel it self is remodeled and looks good.

I had an apartment with a kitchenette for 1 week at the Esplanade. Since I didn't have a car, it was convenient--only about 3 blocks from the Hauptbahnhof and a couple of blocks from the central pedestrian zone. The property itself was attractive with a pleasant breakfast area and a nice enclosed central courtyard. The staff was also quite friendly and attentive. The sauna was a very nice, unexpected benefit at the end of tiring days. An excellent option in central Dortmund!

Well located for train station Just outside centre, so quiet despite hustle and bustle of nightlife Paulina, Jenny on reception were stars, patience of a saint, nothing too much trouble despite my limited Deutsch Clifford, a hive of information

Lift not working, shower flooding into bathroom. No English tv channel and bar staff with little experience.

Loved staying at this property. This property is in walkable distance from the central train station, there is another local underground station close to this property. Great food options around the hotel, very friendly hotel staffs and good breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.
