Lots of noise at night...woke up multiple times

breakfast was no good disorganized no sausage or bacon. parking behind of hotel no good.

Internet keeps going off

I have stayed at many other country Inn and suites and this was probably the worst one. Hotel is pretty rundown and the rooms are getting pretty dated. I would recommend any other hotel in the area.

Bathroom of my hotel room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, possibly because a lot of smokers tended to crowd around right outside of my room's exterior wall where the air intake would be. Walls are thin - be prepared for a lot of door slamming all night and to deal with noise if you happrn to get rude neighbors like I did. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, standard hotel breakfast fare. Parking was general available. It was unclear at first that you can swing around the back. Could be a bit tight.

Excellent stay.

Breakfast was fresh and lots of good options. Staff was great at making sure everything was well stocked. Parking was good and safe. Good lighting and lots of spots. Our room was clean and spacious. Our towels were clean but had some stains on them. I advised staff and they came and replaced immediately. Staff was very aware that there kids being allowed to run freely up and down halls and had security on every floor trying to babysit these kids...unfortunately this isnthe parents fault not the kids and the hotel was doing its best to ensure we had a pleasant stau. This morning i had to leave the breakfast area as again due tonlack of parenting same kidsncame and came and ate their breakfast in barefeet as did the parents. I was really upset as this is not hygienic and not fair to the rest of us that were trying to enjoy our breakfast. Unfortunately that isnthebway the parents came down just as we were leaving. This really spoiled our experience. It is very sad as the staff was amazing and trying so hard+

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent.

Dirty bed spread stained with what looked like blood. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom floor, shower and walls covered in hair and splashes of pop or coffee, extremely loud staff at 5:30am, clanging dishes and talking excessively loud in hallway. Other guests running up and down hallways and stomping around in rooms above, yelling in hallways and outside at all hours of night!

The staff including the cleaning staff were kind, courteous, and accomodating. Nice, clean room .

It was a good hotel to stay at!

Too much noise, people stomping, kids jumping,running the halls and rooms, door slamming, kids crying and playing all hours of the night. 7 hrs sleep maybe 2 nights. And lots of traffic in parking lot, delt very unsafe.

There was no tooth paste, no shampoo in my room, no water dispenser in public area only selling water ! they tried to sell me tooth paste and breakfast was terrible! No fruits only one apple !

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are provided. There was also a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and blow dryer in the room. It was a quick pre-flight stay, so I can't comment on the included breakfast or other amenities. Checkin was quick and the staff was friendly.

It was a very bad stay. It was noisy until 3 AM and poor noise reduction between walls. The only two good things were the staff when I checked in and the quality of the Continental breakfast.

We stayed here before an early morning flight. Neither of us slept well as the noise from the planes and the hallway kept us awake. We were on the west side and could hear the planes occasionally starting up. I finally stuffed a towel under the hallway door to muffle the noise of kids running up and down the hallway and doors banging. The bed and room were otherwise comfortable. As well the hot water was just very warm and I would have liked to have a hot bath before bed.
