From the moment we arrived to secure our room, i knew that our stay was going to be more than we expected. The attendant on the front desk was professional , engaging and made me feel like I was visiting a beloved friend. That set the tone for our visit. The room was a welcomed surprise. Everything was well thought out and appointed. Since we were in the city to attend a medical appointment at St. Josephs Hospital the complimentary breakfast was so very welcomed. The later check out time of 12 oclock afforded us the flexibility of returning to the room and resetting before beginning our journey back to Windsor. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel and how quiet the atmosphere was despite being so close to shops and restaurants. The staff was exceptional, offering me an early check in and a room upgrade. Faith, the front desk admin was a superstar. Thank you!

Nice room, well designed lots of space Beds weren't super comfortable the pillows in particular and the sheets were scratchy

It's noisy! Bring earplugs. Hotel is close to university party bars on Richmond street.

Very nice clean hotel. They advertise rooms with tub shower combo but when we arrived our room did not have it and we would have had to downgrade to get so that was disappointing. Underground parking with direct access is a plus and they neighborhood around is filled with restaurants and bars. Overall a great location

Room layout made no sense

The room was clean but one of the barn doors didnt want to work. Controlling.the tv in one room changed the tv in the other room. Very frustrating. Baked goods at breakfast were hard and stale tasting. Bed was super comfy.
