Lovely staff, breakfast and facilities

Recently been to holiday inn found it good for my one night stay over there. Ample parking, good breakfast service. Overall enjoyed my stay. Thanks

Hotel was clean with friendly staff, great size room and bar area was modern. Swimming facilities were a big plus and decent location for Gloucester or Cheltenham

Pool was great

The room was very clean and well laid out, plus the staff were friendly. Great breakfast and lovely to have a pool onsite. Would happily recommend and use again to stay ourselves.

Great, close parking. Reception helpful. Check in fast. If you have mobility issues there are stairs onto the first/top floor with no elevator. Ask for bottom floor. Breakfast great. Big choice. A little mould on the tiling in the bathroom. Otherwise spotless.

Staff were very helpful at check-in. Room was great and spacious. Very comfortable bed, bathroom had all the amenities.

The upgraded room was lovely and all of the staff very nice. Only criticism....the pool was full of children and even the swimming lane was being occupied by a single child lesson. Also , there was no water available anywhere for a drink....a must really where you have steam and sauna facilities
