The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Mattress desperately needs replacing-----too saggy and soft. Otherwise, quiet and spacious. Friendly staff.

Comfortable bed, water temperature lukewarm not hot at all. Breakfast area way too small. Everybody packed in a small place to get the food.

Water tap on sink was very difficult to open, Light switch in bathroom NEEDS to be replaced. Staff was very respectful, room was clean overall. Will need upgrade/repairs soomer than later. There was not enough parking when we arrived (around 10pm) we were routed to Adonis a neighbor parking lot.

The staffs are nice. I love the design of the room. If you like to have a bit privacy and still be close with your family, this is perfect for you. There is a door separate two beds, it's like a mini apartment. You have your own room and there is also a bed in the living room for kids.

Good location. There's a grocery store besides and a big shopping mall close by. The room is huge and the dinning table makes my family very comfortable when eating in the room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Only thing I don't like is the dining space for breakfast. Maybe it was the busy holiday season, there's no enough table and long line for taking food.

Wasn’t the room I booked. Hotel is dirty, stains on chairs in lobby and room.

Staff seemed lost. Floor never swept or washed. Kitchen counter never cleaned. The WiFi is horrible and not recommended for business guests.

The room was spacious and upgraded furnishings however the condition of the room was worn. Chipped trim, odd smell, new furniture in a tired space. We did not eat much breakfast as most items ran out by 8:45 so I recommended going down early if busy. The room was affordable for Quebec City, we got what we paid for.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a wide array of breakfast options.

Parking is easy and safe right under your rooms, and the area around is very convenient for either food or shopping; the room is big, mattress soft, but without bottled waters (if you mind); fresh breakfast served from 7am. It was such a great staying here.

No eggs, no potato, not worth at all for the price we paid. Never coming back to this place.
