This hotel backs up to the tracks of the Wandsbeker Chaussee train station, but you have to walk all the way around the block to access it. Still, it is a short walk and easily accessible. The neighborhood seems to be working class, with a lot of middle easterners operating restaurants and businesses. We were there with two kids and got to our hotel late after Germany beat another team in a World Cup match, so that was about as sketchy as it might get and it was fine apart from the eyes on us due to the obviousness of our American-ness. As for the room, the carpet was vacuumed and free of debris, but there were many old spots and stains (yet the fake wood grain design of the carpet may have made it appear dirtier than it was). The shower was also a bit problematic, as it flooded at one point, but the staff assured us it would be fixed and gave us extra towels, etc. We were careful from then on and had no more difficulties. All in all it was a decent room from which to come and go for exploring Hamburg.

Kısa konaklamalar için ideal diyebilirim. Hamburg a tekrar gelsem yine tercih ederim.

I didn't use the air condition either did i use the parking.

I'll start with the good. The woman at the front desk was fantastic. That's about it. The hotel smells strong like cigarettes in the hallways very strong (and I'm a smoker and it bothered me). Parking is 14 Euro and is quite tight. And they require you to bring the ticket to them to validate it which is odd. A lot of people hanging out in front of the building. Rooms are small and the beds are hard. The toilet and shower are in a fiberglass box with a step up which is very odd...makes it difficult in the dark without banging your toes. Just an overall unpleasant stay.

Very convenient to the public transportation, only few stops to the city center. Helpful staff. Availability of on site parking. I would stay again.

The location was OK. The area entering the hotel needed to be swept. The food and drink services are limited. The breakfast was best.

No wifi and they didn't change bedsheets throughout my stay in the hotel. Customer service in the reception is also not the best. I don't recommend

The staff has been very helpful and attentive at all times. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is convenient, close to the tran situation and a commercial zone. Only 10-15 minutes away from downtown (Altstadt). Stay again if business travel brings me to Hamburg? Yes, definitely.

A basic, no-frills hotel that was clean and provided us with the essentials. Close to a train station, restaurants and cafes.

Awful experience

This place is a low budget hotel. I paid over 200 euros per night and it had zero amenities. Zero. Even the wifi was so bad that my phone only worked when it was off. So only stay here if it is in the 100 euro range. Then you cant complain about getting nothing.

Hotel is close to the u-bahn and s-bahn, so easy to get into central Hamburg and is also on the line directly from the airport. Room was as expected from Ibis, shower water pressure was a bit low, and the bed was a bit on the firm side.

Great location close to both over ground and under ground train links. Just 15 mins from Airport and City Centre. Staff friendly and spoke to us in English, our German is coming on but slowly. We will definitely return

Excellent location and close to train station. Rooms were simple and had the right amount of amenities. Unlimited breakfast also available but did not go for the option as we wanted to explore the city. Only 10 minutes train ride with regular underground and overground trains!

Worst experience ever, the hotel is so old and not clean, i can hear clearly the noise from the train in the room I stayed.
