The toilet was clogged when we got there and they just brought me a plunger to plunge it myself because it was after 6pm and there was no maintenance person on site at that time. The ventilation system was also very loud and we had trouble sleeping because of it.

Clean and nice property. There are sufficient staff to keep public areas clean, like gym, breakfast room.

Our room was really nice! We had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch with its separated room from the beds. Beds were very comfortable, room was plenty big, clean, good breakfast with lots of choices, friendly staff. For a last minute reservation, we were very pleased and would definitely stay at the London, Ontario Comfort Suites location again!

I stay here every time we visit London. The suites are spacious and comfortable, staff are all friendly, and it’s convenient to the 401 when driving. Also close to the mall, dining, etc…it is basic compared to some places…but it has everything you need. Even snacks and toiletries for sale at reception. Excellent price too!! See you soon…

The property was very clean, staff were great and breakfast very good.

Rooms were recently renovated so it was clean and new. Staff and parking were good. Beds were good, but sofa-bed was not comfy, you can feel the springs. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work very well at all. Breakfast was ok, better coffee needed. Late checkout was only an additional 30 minutes so not much of a difference. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.
