staff was friendly. PArking was easy all over property.

À notre arrivée, l'état de la chambre nous a vraiment surpris: - Un chewing-gum avec des cheveux collé sur le mur - Des taches sur les serviettes et sur le miroir - Une vis qui dépassait du plancher, sur laquelle j'ai marché - Des trous dans les murs - Le mobilier abîmé Etc.

Cockroach in the room.

We chose the property because it said there was onsite parking and there was…..plenty of spaces and we arrived late to check in. The property was some distance from the city and there was limited places to get food in the immediate area. What was available was take away e.g Subway. Overall the property is tired looking internally and on the outside. The interior was dark and the carpets were tired looking and tacky. Our room was certainly spacious with two Queen beds. Overall the room was clean, beds comfortable but looking closely the skirting boards in the bathroom were mouldy. The fridge in the room had seen better days and seal around the door had perished. The air conditioner was loud. There was only a coffee machine to use in the room. The ice machine in the building was non existent, apparently removed because it was broken. However the receptionist managed to source some ice from a closed off bar within the property. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price. Nothing fancy, basic toast and bagels, boiled eggs, baked beans, fruit, enough to start the day.

The Bar was good and the attendants were awesome and professional. The receptionists were alo good, gentle spoken and professional. However, the room keeping and cleaning was not good. They should work on their room keeping and cleaning staff.

Pros: great location near attractions, restaurants, a nice park; roomy: comfy bed; breakfast included; tv guide with english stations noted. Cons: not very soundproof- could hear other guests in their rooms talking, kids crying; shower weak; bathtub stained; no place to plug in hair dryer in mirror area; chairs in terrible condition, sagging, no bottom support; breakfast very limited.

Manque de propreté évidente. Plusieurs fils d'araignées sur les murs et au plafond. Mérite un grand "ménage"... Nous éviterons l'endroit à l'avenir, dommage...

Chambre propre mais extérieur et hall d’entrée ne donnait pas un beau coup d’œil .Le déjeuner était simple mais bon.

Ice machines broken. Parking was ok and rooms were clean but other amenities are run down.
