No hot water on arrival wasnt told about the hotel not having hot water and water was shut off for 5 hrs the next day we didnt get hot water tell the second day in

No hot water on the first night then no water the following day was forced to take a cold shower after traveling for 2 days then when checking out they tryed to over charge me 250 dollars.

The first night we lost sleep all night because the smoke detector batteries in the adjoining room were dead and the detector was beeping all night. Despite phoning the front desk numerous times it wasn’t rectified till 5:15 am when 3 security guards entered our room to investigate. It then took them another 30-45 mins to change the batteries (needed to go to the lobby to get the key to the room, then needed to go back to the lobby to get batteries). Then at various times during our four night stay, only one or two of the four elevators were working. On the Friday we got a notice that the water was being turned off from 11am to 4pm. It was very inconvenient. Front desk staff were friendly enough. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

Still didn’t get my damage deposit back

The people in 821 had a party till 3am. I had to call security 3 times and it’s never helped anything. It’s the worst night sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Very disappointing night. Maybe don’t put families next to a room full of young adults.

Bathroom was spacious and fancy! Jacuzzi was amazing!! But the bed was the shitz!! Duvet had a stain, took almost 30 minutes and an intense Phillipino ladyy to get a clean one.... The bed itself was harder than a rock, and the lady at the front counter reminded me that some people like that!

Waited for valet to park my vehicle over 15min, nobody showed up. Had to park 200m away, walk on icy and uneven parking lot while carrying luggage. I’m in town for a knee procedure and this was difficult. I mentioned this to the concierge while checking in, she apologize but never offered for the valet to go get my car and park it for me so that I wouldn’t have to walk back. After saying I had knee problem and couldn’t walk that far she gave me a room at the very end of the corridor, the furthest away from the elevators. You can’t make this up.

The line to get on the elevators was long and unsatisfactory. Elevators were overcrowded and extremely slow. Room was satisfactory however bathrooms were dated. The price to stay at a room at Fantasyland land is overpriced. I recommend to stay elsewhere.

The hotel is old and tired. We stayed here when the hotel first opened and it was lovely and novel. A wonderful experience. The hotel is showing its age and in need of an update. It took forever to get hot water for the shower-as in we ran the water for 20 minutes before it got warm kind of forever. Bed was ok-sheets and bedding have seen better days though. The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was good and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

There was people fighting next door from 4am-5am. It escalated to screaming profanities. I called front desk to complain and they said they were gonna set up security. By that time, one of the people had left
