Great place to stay in a walkable city.

Great location, clean, safe area, hotel connects to a shopping center with many stores and movie theater. The only thing was the shower water was only lukewarm the entire time, which made showering a little uncomfortable.

The staff was really nice.

Reserve una habitación king y no fue la que se me asigno, se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y estaba en el piso 7. No me volveria a quedar aqui.

Clean and spacious room, we have used this hotel for 10+ years straight, the rooms are old but it is clean and their hotel staff is very polite and will go out of their wat to make you feel welcome and appreciated. We will come back next year.

I’m speaking on the room itself. It was old, the shower smelled of sewer when it was on. Room was very basic, needs remodeling. Hotel is on a Main Street. I didn’t eat there or went inside the mall. I think most people would like the restaurant and mall attached. The food did smell delicious though. For my preference, I would not stay there again.

The property is old, which I knew, but the rooms have not been renovated in a while. The room space is very good. the staff did not allowed me to check in early even when there were rooms available, the reason was because I reserved in Expedia and not directly in the hotel...

Friendly and courteous service

Excellent staff and good location. Gave only 4 stars because the water pressure was weird and we had to change rooms on the last night of our stay due to a water leak and in that second room the a/c unit was not working properly. Fortunately it was a cool night and we didn’t need a/c to cool down the room

The staff didn't study hotel amd tourism and dont know how to treat people and the first room I was sent to had mold on the shower head it was very dirty and disgusting
