Super friendly staff. Best continental breakfast ever

Breakfast menu was fresh and very substantial- Parking is a snap - Staff was very efficient and helpful- Both floors ( hallways & rooms ) have been tastefully renovated. Current 401 construction makes it a bit tricky to get to the entrance - must come in via hyway 4.

This is the best lodging we have stayed at in many a year. It felt like we were staying at a five star hotel. It was quiet. The staff was wonderful. The room was large and spacious. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Breakfast was good and parking excellent

The room was excellent. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast far exceeded a lot of other hotels.

The only thing wrong with this hotel were the beds, mine was very soft and I prefer a firm mattress.

Only one quick night , si no time to use the amenities

The entire visit was wonderful! Every staff member we spoke to at the front desk and dining room or passed in the hallways were very friendly, polite and always smiling. The front desk shared our excitement and disappointment of our concert event that was cancelled which was our main reason for the booking. The building and room was very clean and comfortable. The parking and access to everything was easy and convenient. Overall, very impressed with our stay. Highly recommended and would 100% use this location again.

The property was not informed that I opted to pay onsite and almost canceled my stay other than that the stay was wonderful

The staff was reliable, dependable and polite. The rooms were very clean and organized.

We had an ok stay. Unfortunately our bedroom smelled like raw sewage for some reason, not sure if it's because the facilities are old? Also unfortunately when I was in the shower did I realize they were out of conditioner and body soap. For the amount of money the room cost the facilities were not up to what I'd expect.

The stay was excellent. the premise and rooms were very clean. really enjoyed the large lounge area also. . the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was also very friendly. The meals were great includung the free breakfast. The only recommendation I would suggest is to have a complimentary coffee/tea available in the evenings.

The place had many people staying there but was very quiet and clean. A little out of the way from London with the construction and all nearby, but otherwise was a pleasant stay. Not far from the 401 if you're looking for somewhere close to the highway.

the man who checked my boyfriend and i yesterday was so kind and so helpful + everytime i passed by a worker they greeted me. had a great stay even if it was just for one night :)
