Hotel has great location near the beach and old town. Nice staff and bar area. Room also nicely decorated However - room wasn’t cleaned for the 2 days and we checked out on the third. Had to ask for towels as not enough for 2 people when we got In but more crucially Carpet had just been cleaned (maybe shampooed) and was damp through out stay. Staff were nice and gave us a late check out as compensation.

Clean excellent hotel

The Hotel Beau Rivage is a good choice for my friend and I. It's not perfect; my first impression was that it was a little worn around the edges. But the location is really great for being close to the old town and the beach. The hotel was clean and the service was good. I'd recommend it.

We chose this hotel based on the central location and it being near the beach. The hotel is older but clean and well maintained. A leaky faucet in the bathroom was fixed within a few hours. Room A/C was adequate but not great. We had a room with a courtyard view which helped keep the noise level low at night. All told we felt the room was a good value for the area we wanted to stay in and we would stay here again.

Smelled like mold, AC didn’t work, WIFI is terrible! But liked the location and the staff / bartender were friendly. Would go back to bar, wouldn’t recommend hotel.

The hotel is tired, you can see the wear starting in the lobby. The location is superb, close to all and the rooms were comfortable and clean but the pillows tough. The hotel could use some upgrading as it’s very worn.

The lobby was disappointing and needs improvements (e.g. ceiling fixes, lighting). The room was nice! And staff was super helpful. We used the beach one day at a cost of €35 each. Was good service there too. (RECO: Bring or buy water shoes because the rocks hurt!)

Clean modern room, beds were super comfy to sleep especially after a day of walking and getting the steps in. Staff were so lovely and helpful, would definitely come back to stay as location was superb! The only tiny thing that I suggest would be to have the dog area away from reception as first thing you see and can smell are them but that’s minor compared to the room and everything else

The air conditioning in our room was not working and the room would not cool below 77 degrees fahrenheit and they did not fix it. They sent a small fan instead. Our stay was miserable especially traveling with kids. The staff was not attentive, took them over an hour to give us a couple extra bath towels. The property overall is dated and rooms had a bad odor. Do not stay.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. We checked in past midnight and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Wish I would have booked my entire trip at the hotel.

The patio was dirty and was never cleaned in the 9 days we were there. Room service was sporadic and not consistent. We returned used robes and never received replacements. We did not see tea cups after the first three days. There is no room food service. Only breakfast. The hotel room offered free coffee and tea but no free water to use with it, except for one complimentary bottle when you first arrive. A/C was hard to control.

The TV didn't work and the room would not cool off. The staff was very polite and helpful! Location is great!

Staff was excellent and very helpful!!! Hotel rooms were great and depending on price I’d get the bigger room. We loved having the A/C as the temps were pretty high 95 to 105 for a few days. hotel is very new so you will enjoy how well kept the place is. Rooms were decorated nice, color scheme was a bit dark so you needed all the lights on to help. (This is a bit of a nit….Wish they would add a cart in the large walk-in shower so guests had a place for their shampoo, etc.)
