Hotel is very old. Carpet is dirty. No one is wiping the water on the floor from the pool. Breakfast is always the same. Sorry, but It was awful .

The location is great for access the C Train and other amenities nearby.

Decently clean. Pool was nice. Liked the water slide. Bathtub was clogged. Staff is awkward and weird, not the best customer service. Wish room temperature was warmer, couldn’t change it

Do not like the 100.00 damage deposit hold that we were not told about until we were checking in. It does not show up on our receipt and when we were checking out we were told it would take 3 to 5 business days to be refunded. At check in she said it would be removed when we checked out. I think this is bad for business & don't like it at all.

Old. Need of repair and updated. Expensive for what the condition of the place.

The hotel was really good value. The staff was awesome. There were just a couple of buyer issues with the hotel like my key card kept getting de magnetized.

Bathroom-toilet paper behind the front part of the toilet. Impossible to reach! Only 1 double hook…hand towels remained on the very small counter. Just invest in a couple of hooks or towel bars. Fridge: froze everything solid! No door to the freezer compartment. Hall

Breakfast was good. When we got into the room it was cool. Everything we need for the stay was available,towels,coffee,microwave,fridge and clothes iron

The room was a little bit small but it was extremely clean! Staff was super friendly and helpful with check in and checkout. Would definitely recommend staying at this location. Note that parking oversize vehicles is extremely limited (nothing over 6 feet) and may require you to purchase additional parking

Pretty run down in hallways/rooms and pool area

Staff was extremely kind and went out of their way to make is feel welcome. We had to call several times to let them know about late arrival, check in and food and they were so accommodating and pleasant. Will stay there again!
