The room was very outdated with heavy furniture and in dire need of a renovation.
The bathroom consisted of a toilet paper holder falling off the wall, rusty shower curtain rod, holes in the walls, where they had obviously reattached a towel rack. The sink area also had holes in the walls where they had reattached the blow dryer.
No attention to detail when vacuuming as there was crud in every corner.
My husband went down to the gym a couple of times and his room key wouldn’t open the door so he had to ask at the front desk for them to open it. The one lady didn’t believe him that his key didn’t work and kept telling him to go try it again, therefore she followed him down and saw it didn’t work. She was very unfriendly and dismissive. He had asked for the water to be refilled in the gym and it never was.
We were there for three mornings and the breakfast never changed. Scrambled eggs sitting in water, sausages, and make your own waffles.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the university.
