The front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The pool was smaller. My son loved the waterside but my toddler daughter had a tough time playing in the pool as it was so full and splashy.

It was alright for the price we paid. The pool is quite small so after a few people get in there it becomes very cramped and overwhelming. Same goes for the breakfast area.

Stayed 3 nights. Dead bolt on door didn't work. Room was serviced once, one used towel removed. No additional towels were provided, no coffee / tea replaced. Ran out of toilet paper. Toilet paper not replaced. Room was cold on arrival, no extra blankets available in room. Continental breakfast was basic, very little hot food available.

Very basic breakfast. Rooms are clean. Elevator is very janky, max load 2,500 lbs but limited to 5 people. Good location, price and staff were very friendly.

The staff were very nice and incredibly helpful with answering our questions.

The only reason we stayed in this hotel is to fly in and out of the city. It is convenient and good for a night stay. That is all.

Our room was very dated, damaged walls etc Room was clean. Hot tub is in need of some care.

From the first phone call the staff were willing to be accommodating if able. I was always greeted with a warm smile, met with kindness, and hax pleasant conversations.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Non helpful staff and incredibly disorganized. The staff were not accommodating and were very disrespectful and rude when simple requests were made. Very dissatisfied with this hotel. Choose at your own risk!
