Clean room, great staff, excellent service

Climatisation dans la chambre très bruyante. Déjeuner: service extrêmement lent et personnel désorganisé. Frais pour le stationnement non mentionné lors de la réservation.

Le personnel était super sympathique Par contre nous avions une chambre Terzo qui était supposé contenir une douche en céramique ce qui n'était pas le cas . Nous avions un bain douche .. et l'air climatisé fait un bruit denfer Pourtant nous avons payé plus cher pour une chambre plus rénové et mieux

A mini vacation with resort type facilities

Robert very helpful on arrival the check in was quite satisfactory. Warning they do not have elevator but will assist with your bags . My reservation was for a king bed , we did not get that but the bedding was lovely, the bed itself not so comfortable. Stiff back by second night . Also a beverage credit was not applied as per my reservation . The restaurant was fine we ate dinner both nights and enjoyed both. Our server was Marykim who provided excellent service . We did not use pool or spa , both looked nice. From the hotel it’s a $30 dollar uber to Old Quebec and was easy to Uber . Parking is $20 per night and resort fees $30 per night. Parking is secure and safe . This is a peaceful hotel in a nice residential neighbourhood.

Very beautiful grounds. Nit the chateau Frontenac but most of us cannot afford that. I would stay here again. It is truly a resort without the exorbitant price.

Très beau site, bon restaurant, personnel serviable. Chambre tel un labyrinthe, difficile a trouver. Bornes pour voiture électrique manquantes. J'ai adoré mon séjour.

This hotel was beyond my expectations! Tucked away in a quiet residential area - so unexpected; literally felt like we were at a 5 star resort!! The staff were amazing and extra helpful with my kiddo! We just had the most wonderful stay - milk and cookies before bed from 7-8pm…. ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Premièrement nous avons été informé que l’hôtel a overbooké donc il offrait une meilleure qualité de chambre selon eux. Cependant on nous a donné une chambre chaude qui sentait le moisi. On demandé une autre chambre plus froide mais malheureusement celle-ci sentait aussi mauvais et ce même avec la fenêtre ouverte…. Nous avons été très déçu de notre séjour.

Plus jamais nous n'irons ailleurs lorsque nous viendrons à Québec. C'est un hôtel exceptionnel, avec piscine chauffée et spa extérieur. Le personnel est plus que serviable et la chambre (la Sens) était au-delà de nos attentes. Merci pour tout et on se revoit c'est certain !

AC was not working well! Super warm in the room making it uncomfortable! Bad signage throughout the facility, hard to find elevator, had to use stairs!

La Bon is a fantastic place to stay and the property is just gorgeous. It’s a little dated but I think that just adds to its charm.

Excellent service!! La première chambre obtenue laissait à désirer mais rapidement le personnel a pris les mesures pour nous trouver une chambre digne d’un 5 étoiles. Les chiens sont agréablement accueilli! La joie des pitous cet hôtel! La section Urbania est magnifique! Chambre luxueuse!
