Beds were smaller than expected. Older building. Staff were friendly.

Best part of this hotel is the indoor pool and hot tub. Overall a nice budget place to stay. Would stay again.

Always a great place to stay when I’m in Lethbridge. Clean, comfortable and close to everything.

The room and service were completely satisfactory. No complaints at all. Breakfast warm and delicious.

Room was not very clean. Bath tub was disgusting. The inside of the coffee maker was dirty.

Our stay here was fantastic!! The breakfast was great, the staff were great. I really loved to use the hottub and pool. Thank you to the incredible staff for such a wonderful experience.

I won’t be booking a hotel room through Expedia again I have found that the hotels give you the worst rooms they have. The toilet paper holder was broken so every time you went to get toilet paper the roll would end up on the floor. There was no hairdryer in the room the air conditioner would only work when it wanted to and the window in our room would not close so you could literally stick your arm out it. The 147.00 feet was so over priced

Great staff, but having issues with the door keys was not beneficial to have to keep asking someone to open the door

The room was spacious and the pool along with the waterslide and hot tub was fantastic! Great check in and service! Breakfast was great as well. I would recommend this hotel while in Lethbridge.

So old, interior rooms are claustrophobic . I can’t believe they have smoking rooms. That is wild.

Hotels in serious need of renovation. Location is quite good with great views of coulee and bridge. Price was appropriate for the run down condition.

Would stay again. The only issue was the key card machine was not working so you had to go to the front desk every time to get someone to open the door

It was okay fo a night. The TV did not connect, there was mold on the toilet seat, but the AC worked well. It is in a good location close to the coolies and fast food places are just around the corner. Pool is good for the kids - breakfast is medicore.

The room was cozy though its a bit ol The view of the hotel is pretty nice as well. There are restaurants and mall that are walking distance which is nice.

I cut my stay down to one night. And I'll never go back there again.

There were noticeable stains on the towels, blanket, and sofa, and the toilet was not clean.

This motel was average at best. Nice pool area and waterside. But the employees were unconcerned about guest welfare and seemed to just be going through the motions with cleaning and bed making. My beds were not remade for my entire stay, just pulled up. I guess you get what you pay for. Will not return to this motel.
