Nice hotel Clean n comfortable

This was a very comfortable hotel with good amenities, and they even had the World Cup playing in the lobby which was lots of fun

Great location, clean room, and courteous staffs. Enjoyed the breakfast too!

Over everything was good

I would have given this review 5 stars but the pool area was incredibly disappointing. It was very small, which would have been fine if it wasn’t for the public swimming lessons being offered in the pool! It was also very very dirty on the pool deck and had a bad odor most of the time. Other than that his hotel was incredible for our needs. Marie-Josee Pepin made our stay that much more memorable. It was our youngest daughter’s birthday and they gave her a handwritten note, balloons and some cupcakes for her special day!

Good location and the food at the restaurant was good. Parking garage is under construction and needs more signage and mirrors to see around the corners. When I got to the room and noticed there was no balcony, I called the front desk and said I believed my room was to include a balcony. The front desk said my booking did not include a balcony although it was advertised on Expedia as the rooms included a balcony. They were not willing to make any accommodation; they didn’t even offer for me to pay to upgrade the room. I was not impressed with the service.

The hot tub was contaminated with short, coarse hairs that the kids became aware of only after they had climbed in. That reality disgusted and immediately neutralized our group’s inclinations to use the pool facilities.

We had a wonderful stay. Nice clean rooms. Good food. Nice staff.

Need to provide newer towels

I didn't like the balcony. We weren't able to sit out and have our coffee.

Stinky room, broken exhaust fan, carpet very old torn from corners and loosened up. Towels were so bad that it smelled like 100 years old with stains. Will not stay here again.

Everything was satisfactory, but I was disappointed not to have received room service during my four-day stay. Given the hotel's rate, I expected better accommodations.

We checked in, and shortly after arriving in our room, a staff member walked in to our room inexplicably. No idea what that was about, and they abruptly left. Later that evening when we returned to the room for the night, we noticed it was quite warm (over 25 degrees) and we set the AC to 19. It sounded like the AC turned on, but it did not, and we sweat through the night. In the morning, the staff acted sternly towards us for not calling their technician - as if it’s on us for not resolving that in the middle of the night. The fact is that we shouldn’t have been in that position, and it’s insulting for our compensation to be a few bottles of Gatorade. I can’t recommend this hotel, as the AC didn’t work and the staff were rude about the situation when we spoke during checkout.

The staff were amazing. MJ went out of her way to bring us sweets in the loung and lobby when she realized we liked them. All staff we interacted with were professional and made special efforts to satisfy our needs. The bed in our room was lumpy on one side and the towels were a bit threadbare. But overall a great experience.

This hotel is probably best for a stop along the way for business, not longer stays. Rooms were subpar and housekeeping only came twice in 5 days - had to request clean towel and more coffee, etc… I added breakfast in to my package for my daughters but every time they went to have something to eat, they were met with rude staff and we were charged after the front desk said to just help yourself. It just added up and I was too tired and frustrated to care by the end of our trip. Upon checkout, the lady really did try to rectify the situation but it was sort of too late. She did cover our concession bill which was very nice.
