Anyone with sensitivities to scents should avoid this hotel. Hallways and common areas smelled strongly of perfume. It must have been a cleaning product used, as it was everywhere except inside individual rooms.

Rooms need an upgrade. Wobbly carpet, whole in the wall, toilet seat moves, sink doesn’t drain. Only 3 towels for 4 people. Staff in Bistro very friendly.

The hotel was good. It was in a good location to sight seeing. The washroom was a little dated and no counter space. The hotel scent was very strong not a bad smell just very perfume like. The outlets by the bed to charge phones didn’t work. The elevator from the parking garage to the lobby didn’t seem right. The floor from the elevator didn’t line up to the floor to the hotel and jolted quite a bit. The lobby is nice and the staff were very friendly.

I was expecting a bit better for a 4 star hotel but the staff were friendly, the location is great and the rooms were well sound proofed. The air conditioning was efficient but very very noisy.

Very noisy and you hear everything happening in other rooms and toilets flushing all the time. Overall was ok, but for the price it’s expensive.

The room and bathroom had an unpleasant smell, so I had to ask the staff to change my room. Even the room they provided had dirty towels left behind. I stayed there for two days, and no one came to provide room service. I had to call them myself to request clean towels. You can find better hotels for the same price, so I advise you to avoid this one.

I was greeted upon arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and affordable. The location was great and convenient. Thank you

Great place to stay

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only issue was the elevator kept breaking down and having issues.

Bellhop staff was lovely. Front desk staff was not great. Bar/restaurant lacking options in both food and Bev

Nous étions au 12e étage et il n’y avait vraiment pas beaucoup de pression d’eau dans la salle de bain. Prendre une douche était très désagréable. Mis à part ce point, le reste de notre séjour à l’hôtel s’est bien déroulé.
