Ivan at check in was rude & not welcoming at all. Very few staff was nice and helpful. Food was ok. The whole building needs renovation. I would never return to stay at this place.

Great place to stay, enjoy and relax!

The room was a great size but it was a bit dirty. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a galleria right across the street with good shopping stores and food court.

Good location, decent food, would have liked more seafood and only in one room 1103 did we find a tick

Room has no towels. Rooms has cockroaches so changed the room but other room bed was pathetic and room has bad smell. I will give 3 out of 10 for this property.

Staff were great, all of them! Special acknowledge to the staff at kids Center, so nice. Location great, however at a noisy intersection, no need for alarm clocks, be ready to awaken by constant bus horns. Overall great value for price.

The noise from the hotel and from outside is terribly loud. The bathrooms are dated, the water flow and temperature from the shower is inconsistent fluctuating from way too hot to too cold. It’s an all inclusive but they add water to the juice and beverages, and use fake look alike food (fake surimi) to feed the people.
