Air conditioner not working. Cant setup thermostat swish - not working ,plywood in windows.

Check in was great, room was nice & and the women at the front desk were very helpful. The morning of checkout I accidentally knocked a lamp off a table and it pulled the cord apart. Not thinking I went to pick it up and got an electric shock when I touched it. I notified the front desk and the male who answered asked if I would like him to send someone up. (why else would I notify you?) Never bothered to ask if I was OK and when I checked out about 30 mins later I asked if I’d spoken to him on the phone & he said yes & that he’d called someone to fix it. Still didn’t check on me at all. I told the maids about so hopefully no one else got shocked.

Clean rooms and a very convenient location with great connectivity. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was rude, and the customer service was quite poor. Hospitality needs significant improvement.

Gave me old room with a dirty green carpet have a picture You walk like 5 minutes to get to it Like a storage unit I ask to switch got a noisy room you open the window because its so hot you don’t control the temperature they do and you can’t sleep just a nightmare The water didn’t go in the shower Was missing a part so spent 30 minutes with the maintenance guy like I had nothing to do Ask to switch a room because right under my room they started a renovation without letting me know and woke me up so I really don’t recommend this place like less then one star for this price you expect a little more

Nice hotel , only one thing A/C is working not the way should work!!!!

Breakfast was OUT STANDING and Maria and Martin at the front desk were extra helpful and full of knowledge
