Fire alarm went off. False alarm at 1:30am. There was partying down the haul also. Didn’t get any sleep.

Everything was good but it was written that breakfast is included when I booked the room but it wasn’t. In the morning, the staff told that the restaurant is privately owned. Better to not write in the description. Misleading information. Room was good and clean.

They do not provide brack fast and hotel enveronment was not good

The time we stayed there it was very quiet. Very close and convenient for the things we were there for. And helpful staff

My stay here was unexpectedly disappointing. The first room I was assigned smelled so poorly of weed as someone on my floor was obviously smoking it in their room. The new room I was assigned smelled horribly like carpet cleaner. There were a lot of people loitering out from of the hotel and in the lobby at varying times. In the morning when I checked out, there was a loud domestic fight happening in another room on my floor and I truly felt relieved leaving and not having to return. I have to say the lady who helped me at the front desk when I checked in was very nice and moved my room without issue when I brought up the concerns about someone smoking weed.

Parking was good, staff helpful and room was clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s just like any other place you stay in Edmonton. The street scene at night is out of their control but I will stay there again.

We need to wait more than 1 hr to check in. The Front desk person is in the phone for so long.

L’hôtel n’est pas si proche des transports en commun. Il sert mieux les automobilistes.

Just be prepared for the riff raff outside. The hotel has little control over who’s lurking around

We were visiting for a basketball tournament so barely had time to go for breakfast or look for other things. Yes I used the gum for a day which was good. Only suggestion I wanna give is for the supplies like those were too little. Check in and check out was super good. Thanks

Quick stay but it ticked the boxes for us. Close to our destination, lots of parking, lobby was clean, staff friendly.

This hotel needs to be condemned. Walk in to check in, and there are homeless people in the lobby. Hanging out, not being asked to leave. Everything in our room was broken, the chair, lamp only one side turned on, blow dryer, screen door, even the balcony sliding door didn’t even lock. Nothing worked. Furniture is old. Everything is dirty. Was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
