Ice machine on the forth floor was broken when down to second floor machine via stairs came across 3 squatters drinking and smoking. Tried to rent a movie in room after a half hour of trying was informed after calling three times it was down for maintenance will not stay again. Beds were comfortable

We usually stay here everytime we are in the city. It’s been about a year since the last time we were there before this weekend and The place has been run down. Seemed like everything in our room was broken. The drawers in the cabinets either wouldn’t open or close, the bathroom sink tap needed bulk to turn it on, the toilet would keep running unless you went and untangled the chain in the tank, water pressure was terrible, tv barley worked. Won’t be going back

The hotel was quite dirty, the main door for the hotel room did not lock properly , the patio door did not lock properly , there was stains on the carpet. Dirt in the bathroom , the tv was very old the hotel was EXTREMELY LOUD at night Definitely do not recommend and won’t be staying again

I want to start this with the staff was great. Our first room someone obviously smoked in it, they moved us and the next room the pull out couch was broken. The hotel itself is older, and not good if you don't smoke. The balcony is a nice touch but everyone also smokes on there. So running your AC or fan also makes your room smell like smoke. The neighbourhood gets a little rough on the weekends.

Walking distance to the concert venue Midway. Nice staff. Parking is easy.

Room was not clean, only seen one staff member when checking in. Parking was sketchy, was harassed for money. literally condoms on ground in parking lot

Long wait to check in, long waits for the elevator as one was broken. Noisy traffic outside. Room was clean, but bed was very saggy.

The hotel was nice. The security features need some work. The card scanner to operate the elevators was not functional, allowing anyone access to the elevator up. The area surrounding the hotel had some people who made me feel uncomfortable. The hotel itself was otherwise satisfactory.
