Room and shower was really tiny but relatively clean. Receptionist asks us not to let the door close by itself as it was disturbing someone who couldn’t sleep and changed rooms a few times. One of the receptionist, Victoria did not tell us that the nearby car park would close at night and we didn’t know that there was a code to use to enter the car park when we were checking in. She did tell us to park nearby which we appreciated. Anyway imagine having to reverse a 9 seater Renault traffic out from an underground car park, highly stressful! I hope that this info can be provided to future guests who drive!

We had a fantastic time. The staff were so helpful. I would recommend it to anyone. A great place to come for a break.

Worst Accor stay as Diamond. Unfriendly check-in by Victoria. Room had flickering light, blown wall light, defective switch (I have photos and videos). Floors dirty on arrival. Victoria said "sensitive" switch, deal with it. Julie and Veronique were great and fixed the lights, but repair mess was left on the table. Pros: Veronique was friendly and let us use their fridge. Will never come back and will tell friends to avoid. 1/5.

Excellent location sat between the town and the fort, staff were very friendly and helpful, would recommend as a base to see the town.

Very close to old city - within reasonable walking distance. Limited number of small but adequate simple rooms at a budget price - so you need to pre-book well in advance to secure rooms even in our office season bookings. Delightful helpful staff. A pleasant stay.
