Great beds and bedding, very clean. Courtyard area and pool are exceptional.

The location is great. Price was amazing. Room had a musty moldy smell and the fan on the ceiling made the wall rattle. Ceiling peeling and hanging. Just little things but could easily be addressed.

Room was clean. Check-in went very well and check out. Location is great by the mall and anywhere else you need to go in Lethbridge.

Rooms were ok, for the price they could have been a lot nicer. The courtyard was nice but no where to sit and enjoy it. Not the greatest experience.

The rooms are very clean. The staff is beyond amazing and it has great air conditioning.

It was clean and nice room, however I could not sleep for 2 nights due to a strong smell of blitch from bed and pillow cases. I had a towel from home and I covered my pillow. Otherwise, everything else was good. The Italian Table is so close, with tasty food and reasonable price.

Have stayed before and returned because of the tropical garden area including hot tub.

There were points where counter staff were away for more than 5-10 min, but were extremely helpful once there. staircase carpets could use cleaning or replacing but the vast majority of the facility was very nice and the rooms were functional as well as visually pleasant.

Dennis in the maintenance department went above and beyond to locate and have my forgotten luggage shipped to me. Many thanks, Dave

Everyone is always friendly. I would suggest getting one of the rooms facing to the inside courtyard. It is nice opening up the door to the balcony to hear the fountain running. :)

We had to ask several times for a room cleaning. The night staff though were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was nice except for running out of towels. For a hotel not including bfast in its price, it is definitely overpriced...$927 for three nights is very high imo.

Only stayed one night, but it was very nice.

We loved our room that had a small Balcony overlooking the swimming pool. However, during the time that we were there, there was also a large group of hockey players staying for a tournament. The walls aren't thick enough to block off sound so you might want to request from reception if they can get a room for you on the other side. But if you are not bothered by that, it is all good. The staff are very friendly from reception to house keeping to anybody that we interacted with in the halls... always smiling, greeting the guests... I would have thought that things would've been busy with the amount of guests during that weekend, but everyone was still accommodating and helpful.

Fabulous hotel and customer service. It’s quite a nice courtyard and we really liked the room. The Italian table restaurant was excellent quality and reasonably priced. The only minor complaint was the pop machine gave us warm drinks.

Paper thin walls. Highly recommend ear plugs and requesting a room at the end of the hall

Because I booked via Expedia, the hotel would not give me vouchers for their ‘signature’ breakfast. The pool/hot tub close too early in my opinion (10pm) … and hour later would have made a big difference. The hotel is getting tired and needs some maintenance, but overall it was a fine stay.

Staff at Check In were very helpful. They were able to resolve our reservation issue for the Italian Table easily. When our daughter's room was not what was expected they quickly resolved the issue.
