Everything at the hotel Cervantes was great. Well definitely return.

Sometimes the menu was fresh, sometimes not. We stayed for 11 days and had breakfast everyday so we noticed the level of freshness on the buffet table. Staff was excellent and did the best they could. There was something weird about the AC setting - when it become too hot even at the lowest setting, we just turned everything off...

Location is very central. It has a paid underground car park.

My worst experience ever, highly priced hotel with zero facilities, there were zero room amenities like no electric kettle, no iron, broken hair dryer, too smelly old fashioned toilet. Had to buy an air freshener to survive the toilets. We couldn’t sleep coz of noise outside the room.hotel is only charging high for its location. Other than that it’s a mess. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room always smelt lovely when we went back in the evening . I wonder if they found an earring in room 124 .

Excellent cleanliness, pleasant, helpful, friendly staff

I loved my entire stay in Seville. The hotel offered cleanliness, great staff and good breakfast. Love its courtyard and how flexible they were when I asked if I could checked out an hour past my check out time. It is tucked away in a quiet street so it was a good place to sleep in. The housekeeing staff are also very efficient in making sure we have fresh towels and clean floors during our stay. I would highly recommend this place!

This hotel was very beautiful and the architecture is the true essence of Seville. The location is wonderful since it’s so close by to all the major sites. The rooms were very clean and the staff are very friendly. I definitely would stay here again.

Location is amazing. Rooms are ok. Door was hard to open, so a bit of maintenance would be useful for the hotel. Overall good value for the price.

Everything At Hotel Cervantes was excellent! The breakfast, location, my clean room and the staff. Rosario and Alfonso at the hotel check in were so friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always willing to help. Also the coffee machine was available until 11:00 pm as well as hot tea. All in all, I was very pleased and will return soon. It was in the city center close to all the sights.
