Amazing setting and great staff

A truly unique hotel, beautiful and in character with the city, loved our stay and we are coming back.

We were initially shown to a room that did not have the bed configuration that we had requested (we needed two beds) but they were able to find us a nice room that had two beds thankfully! Helpful staff, beautiful and interesting hotel in a great location.

Fantastic staff, great location, cleanliness and comfortable bed

Clean and comfortable room, good beds, excellent staff and wonderful location. But if your room is at the back of the pine prepared to walk a solid distance between the room and the lobby/breakfast room.

Room was very stuffy. No coffee sachets, had to ask. Bed is not the most comfortable, again had to ask for more pillows. WiFi doesn’t work even in reception. pool was closed. Socket for kettle in the room didn’t work. There are few nice things we didn’t get to try them and from what we could make use of £550 per 2 nights without breakfast, it’s just not the level.

The room was clean and the staff, especially on Reception, were very good. Hot tap in sink took ages to run hot water. Noisy outside room with iron gate being clanged by staff.

Had to change room. Multiple issues. Bad smell

The room was outdated and bathroom was very cold with no heating system. The location and breakfast was perfect. The room was on second floor with no elevator.

Gorgeous property. Great location.

This is not your average hotel. From the neighbourhood to the lobby to the labyrinthian indoor/outdoor corridors and courtyards to the piano bar etc it was a unique stay. The old Sevillian grand houses have been stitched into the shape of their own little cobblestone world.

The hotel is very unique and interesting, feels like it’s a museum. The staff member is fine, the room is clean but a little old.

Loved the uniqueness and decor at this property.
