La estancia ha sido regular en el sentido de que la habitación no está limpia, habían restos de pipas en el suelo y restos de pan en la silla del escritorio, y el baño las puertas y el radiador lleno de polvo de bastante tiempo. En la nevera habían restos de un papel con embutido de algún huésped anterior... La bañera el telefonillo de la ducha estaba roto y salía agua por todos lados, y los geles que hay en la bañera tampoco funcionaban. Destacar que el personal de recepción muy amable, le comenté lo de la ducha y cuando volví por la noche lo habían arreglado. Para ser un 4 estrellas deberían de tener más cuidado esas cosas que son importantes y cuidar l limpieza y el mantenimiento. El mantenimiento en general regular ya que los muebles de la habitación son de hierro y están todos desgastados cuando se Le puede dar una mano de pintura y no da tan mala sensación. Decir también que se descansa muy bien ya que no hay ruidos y las camas son cómodas.

Best place to be to visit Merida

All elements pertaining to the hotel were fine, Staff, Room, Parking. Only issue was the hardness of the beds.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay. Area was a little short of restaurants but the hotel bar was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at AZZ Mérida Medea. The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for exploring the beautiful historic city of Mérida. The room was big, comfortable, and clean, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. The service was also very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel and a very pleasant place to stay when visiting Mérida. I would happily stay here again.

Staff very helpful and good. Pool ok food very low standard.. no wonder nobody comes to the buffet The bathrooms are very tired. It doesn't help that faucet is barely over the edge of bath. All the door edges are showing signs of damp. I wouldn't use this hotel again

Check in was a little slow but clean and great service

Great value and a good location if you’re wanting a little more space outside the confines of Mérida. Situated at a shopping area, you can walk to the big supermarket, and restaurants. Hotel a tiny bit dated (old shower tub in the bathroom) and the balcony would have been nice to have chairs, but the pool was unexpectedly quite nice, especially in the heat of the afternoon.

Demasiado alboroto de niños jugando en el patio. En los desayunos eché en falta poder degustar algún queso de Extremadura. En las habitaciones, deben solucionar, que el agua de la ducha no se derrame por el baño, las mamparas no estan bien ajustadas. Salvo estos detalles, la estancia fue positiva y el personal muy amable.

The hotel itself is very nice in the public spaces. However the room we stayed in was tired. The bathroom looked nice, but when you were using it you could see a lot of wear and tear in the corners of the room especially around the bath. The main problem was the excessive noise coming from the neighbouring bar area, where live music was playing.

Slow check in, no parking as we were in a van, little sleep due to music bar in adjacent complex, door to terrace wouldn’t close properly. Glad we didn’t pay the rates shown at reception. Very disappointed

Room furniture is dated. Worst was the fact that a ton of bus tour groups seem to always congregate here. They were loud and quite rude as if they owned the place. Breakfast was a circus with them and not a fun circus. LOUD! And lines everywhere to get breakfast. Thank god they left! Would never stay in AZZ again due to bus tour crowd.

We were given a disability room I don't know why .only a sheet on the bed no extra blankets in the room .the bar in the evening had been moved outside but was not attended so we went elsewhere for our nightcap .breakfast was very limited at 9am three staff on duty but not checking food counters ,one lady even had to ask for some bread .we have stayed here many times and always given full Marks for everything but not this time it was a big letdown
