The hotel is clean and employees are very respectful and kind it is near the mall and its in a quiet neighborhood

The lobby area could be improved esthetically

Phone didn’t work, and the toilet the water in the tank went filling with water for the toilet to flash, and Sunday the day we were checking out they gave us a hard time about the payment

They had comfy beds and the shower was pretty good. Definitely just an older hotel

Everything was excellent here at Comfort Inn West. Checking inn was easy peasy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and I sleep like a baby. The shower /bath area was clean, water had enough pressure, was a good stay! Checkout was very simple as well.

Overpriced for what you get. Staff were friendly but the rooms are very basic & ammenities very limited.

There was a sign that said back in 5 minutes. Staff was gone for over 20 minutes by the tine i had arrived. There was a guest ahead of me who had been there for 10 minutes already.

They don’t clean your room, until you check out. Had to ask for clean towels, during our stay. It’s a quite place
