The room is carpeted. Should be vacuumed closer to the edges. Lots of dust billed up.

Whenever I am in North Bay, Comfort Inn on O'Brien is always my place to go. Friendly staff and clean rooms ever time.

Make sure your alarms clock are cleaned there was weird looking stains on mine.. and the shower was extremely hard to turn on. But otherwise room was fine

Staff was friendly but uncooperative on some issues. The room showed signs of bed bugs, black mould and tears in the couch.

My room was like a freezer. I had to call 2 times for someone to get me some heat.I finally got heat at 5 am....did not get any sleep. The worst experience I have ever had.....

Room was clean and decent ( older style of comfort inn) . Really appreciated the early check in as the hwy was closed, me and my puppy had no where to go. Great service checking in, staff are super friendly and always have a smile.

Price was reasonable and breakfast was nice with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and other items room was neat and clean, decor maybe a be dated, but everything worked as it should Will be staying here again as i will be working in north bay on and off in the future

We found the room to be clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay, there was a few different choices to choose from. The pillows was rhe only negative thing. Small and flat, not much support for slepping on. Overall we would definitely book this hotel again.
