The staff noticed my wife had a sore leg and upgraded us to the main floor which was super nice and appreciated. The breakfast was good and till 10. The room was also good. Room had a fridge and microwave which is always a plus. Great location close to lots of places to get food.

Friendly and helpful staff

The manager and the staffers are very helpful and friendly! it is a very good place to stay. Breakfast is simple and healthy, nutricious. There offer iced lemon water and all kinds of teas, but seems no coffee is served!

The hotel rooms are not great. The AC doesn’t work. The room was humid and hot, the bed was squeaky. Overall did not have a great sleep

A group of friends and myself stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, although we experienced an initial hiccup with one of our rooms it was quickly resolved. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, pillows so so, but staff is very friendly. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, home fries, juices, coffee, waffle maker, yoghurt, bagels, fruit, overall a very good experience.

IT’s a very clean and well maintained ComfortInn. Everything you need is walkable distance. Really helpful after a long day on the road. Small breakfast room but,with everything you need. Eggs,bacon,sausages,potatoes,waffle maker,muffins and so on… And a special shout out to Julia,who was amazingly friendly and helpful!!

Great little hotel for a few nights stay. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but for the price, it's comfortable, clean and well-maintained, with lots of free on-site parking. Located right on main street Pembroke so you're close to all sorts of restaurants and services, and a short drive from big box stores or the downtown strip.

The problem is I did NOT get the rooms I had paid for and the manager blamed it all on the platform. Although I had booked my 2 rooms an entire month ahead of time, the manager said he could not do anything about it!!!

Room was clean. Staff polite and efficient. Lots of parking. Breakfast was good but a little cool. Good coffee in the room.

Overall good property and comfortable stay

We arrived very late at night and the front desk manager was awesome at getting us sorted in a timely manner so we could get to sleep soonest.
