Nice!

This is an older hotel so it has a few quirks. Took a long time to get hot water in the shower, but once we got it, it was good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately on my last night, two bus loads of kids checked in and were extremely noisy. I would recommend a hand out to remind them not to let the room doors slam, and to keep yelling to a minimum. Would I stay there again? Most likely.

Okay, it was a nice location with a quiet, spacious room and a renovated bathroom BUT the fridge compressor made a constant, loud clacking noise that was totally ridiculous. Maintenance said he couldn't do anything about it and they had no replacements available. So they made us bring our cold things downstairs to put in the restaurant fridge. Are you kidding me? Manager offered us a free breakfast for compensation. Big deal. Ruined our stay.

A little bit of an older hotel, but very nice regardless. Location was amazing. Rooms were big. If parking is full, they have very reasonable alternatives nearby. Depending on when you go, parking at these alternatives are extremely cheap!

Pros: * Location, you're half a block from a street full of restaurants, parks, and pubs. We walked the 2km to the War Museum, and you can also easily get around. * Sam at the front desk was great. She basically saved the review of this hotel. And the servers at Coopers (breakfast) were also very lovely Cons: * The whole vibe is that the landlord needed to slap paint on the space before the new renter comes in. Everything is just that little bit grubby (and literally they painted over dust). * The room was big, but the bathroom (which should accommodate 4 people) is basically a powder room with a plastic shower attached. There weren't enough towels (presumably b/c there weren't enough spaces to put your towel) and the door didn't fully close or lock. * There was construction on the floor above us, the price was not reflected in having to hear banging before 8am on the Saturday of a long weekend (nor were we warned). Neutral: * They ran out of onsite parking (were not the least bit sorry) but silver lining, if you are there on a weekend, park at the nearby city hall, cost was $12 for two days I wouldn't stay there again, but if you can get a deal it's not terrible - or certainly ask for a room on floor 8+ as that is where the renovations are happening (May 2026)

Our rooms were spacious and nice. It is so great to have a full kitchen. The staff were very helpful and gracious. The parking lot was very handy.

Au resto de l'hotel tres bon dejeuner dégusté sur place. Personnel a l'écoute de nos besoins. Le seul hic le chauffage a ête arrêté co.pte tenu de la date 8 mai, sauf qu'il faisait froid. Le personnel nous a offert une mini chaufferette d'appoint, que j'ai décliné ayant deja eu mauvaise expérience ave de type d'appareil.

Belle chambre et suite

The room was not very clean for a hotel of this price. One area of the carpet was wet, not sure whether it was from a pipe leaking in the floor or something similar. It was 1 °C outside that night, and the room had no heating. The bed had a light comforter, and additional blankets were nowhere to be seen. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Clean room, kitchen was super helpful

Booked two rooms here, super clean but one of the room's sinks seemed to only give boiling hot water. Bachelors was super nice with a stocked kitchen area and pots. Big rooms and nice balconies. Parking at the back of hotel is small

Got outside parking easily, quick check in too. Room was clean, suite 201. No issues at all, and extra pillows in closet too. Close to everything walking wit City hall as a back drop.

Stayed for a night, was a little hesitant due to the bad reviews. However, everything was perfect. Rooms were clean, modernized and spacious. Our room had a whole kitchen with everything you would need including a full size fridge. We stopped by early to see if we could park the vehicle on the available onsite parking and we were informed our room was ready and we could check in about 3 hours earlier than expected. Close to everything, including grocery store, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again! Downside: Underground parking is limited

Under renovation. Shows breakfast on site so I assumed free breakfast. Expedia should have worded add in a different way. I was misled
