Pricey hotel, unfortunately the rooms don't reflect. Our room was on the top floor but pokey and with tiny windows. Expected better for the price paid.

Convenient location and easy parking

Great location - waking distance to the old area. Staff very helpful and friendly. If you are only an English speaker, they will do their best to help you. Restaurant food was very tasty and overall good value. Breakfast was good with decent selections.

Nice hotel but with its ups and downs. Staff were super helpful and excellent spoke really good English polite and approachable even in the var area the young man working is fantastic. Regarding the rooms especially on the 4th floor need a bit of upgrade the air conditioning is old so makes a lot of noise and even putting it on the lowest setting makes a rattling noise and also the air conditioner is not enough to cool the place down. The pillows were super uncomfortable but that my be my own preferences and last the floor towel for the shower was already dirty when I arrived. An okay hotel but not to Great for a 4 star

Being a 4 star hotel, our room was never at a comfortable level. The air conditioner was not turned on prior to our arrival. Even two star hotels anticipate a guest arrival. We could not get the room cool during the night so we did cut our reservation short and left a day early. The lobby is lovely. The restaurant bar and breakfast excellent.

Seems like a business hotel but only paper cups in room, no corkscrew. Or ice bucket.

Great place, stayed here before on my way from UK to Portugal. A main priority was security of the vehicle without unpacking everything. Underground garage is secure.

It was a nice hotel right in the beginning of the center of the city. Green area! Service great. All good! Recommend.

Hotel stay was average. Breakfast was a little above average - decent selection with a few hot items like vegetables. Beverage/coffee/tea area was continually very congested. Though. Pros of staying here: great location, parking easy, quiet. 1 star taken off because of breakfast, staff was neutral in terms of friendliness and approachability, and room comfort (average).

Well located to the city’s sights. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with leaving luggage after checkout. The hotel buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast options and was good value for money especially as many local cafes don’t open until quite late

Clean and well cared for, 10 minute walk to the historic central areas… if you are looking for late night ways it won’t be a big dinner, most places fill up at 8, and it’s just sandwiches (tostadas) in northern Spain. Easy to get your 10.000 steps per day.
