Lovely hotel, really nice staff and facilities and very clean. Very lovely stay

The hotel staff were great, they do need to upgrade their cleaning services, I went use the hot urn in my room and it was so gross, I took it apart and left it in the sink the cleaning staff just put it back. Pretty gross. The shampoo dispenser was broken also. Other than that the hotel was really nice and the restaurant options on the first floor was fantastic!

Love this Hotel as it’s central to everywhere. Always a good breakfast with plenty of choice . Rooms very modern and spacious rooms . Always stay here when in P Banus as very reasonably priced for the area.

Location wise I don’t think you could get a better spot. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are of a higher standard than most. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area and will most definitely be staying here next time I return.

We traveled as a family, room was spacious enough for all 4 of us. The location was perfect, walkable to everything. Pool was lovely. The staff were very accommodating and delivered great customer service. The price was reasonable and included breakfast which is helpful.

Overall, a great experience. It was busy weekend for the hotel but our room was whisper quiet. Service was on point, parking was a godsend and everything was a short walk away . Highly recommend

Very impressed with the service, size of room and large pool resort area. Unfortunately location is close to busy loud roads that the hotel cannot control.
