The hotel is a little dated, but it is exceptionally clean and the staff are great. The included breakfast was very good. The food in the Indian restaurant was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Overlander pub seemed to have a good menu, the staff and the service were incredible. We didn’t eat there because we favoured the Indian food.

The hotel needs to be updated. Walls, carpet, doors etc where beyond lifespan

Clean, old, Elevators and room entries hardly fit guest and trolley at the same time. Suite temperature hard to control. Shower and towels were nice, refrigerator was a decent size, bed good, pillows space, no extra blanket in room.

This hotel is way overpriced for what it is . The advertise a roof top restaurant and bar , but it’s actually a building across the parking lot

Rooms were ok. Beds ok. Shower was decent and had pressure. Wifi was slow and had connection issues. Cell signal is poor in the rooms. Breakfast was typical free cheap hotel stuff with reconstituted eggs and microwave meat. Parking was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to town center and highway. Overall 2.5 / 5.

I had to change rooms because of dirty sheets and then the new room also had dirty sheets and the front desk staff came up to change them. Sheets and towels were all dingy with staining and could use replacing. My second room was a “suite” but also.. dingy. I guess overall I would use that term to describe this hotel. The bed in the suite was lumpy and very loud anytime I readjusted as well as the TV was as small as my computer monitor. The breakfast was lacking and the hot tub was closed. The Indian restaurant was very good for dinner. Unfortunately not a lot of options in Williams lake and that’s probably the only reason they are fully booked. The staff really do shine though and I hope the hotel recognizes that. It’s the only thing that was continually positive.

Very misleading photos, clean bed that was practically it. Stains on the floor, very dated, rust everywhere in the bathroom. Lots that needs replacement

Nice location, close to many restaurants, with nice view of the city and the lake. Generally clean, very helpful staff. I forgot my jacket in the restaurant and headed to my vehicle and about to leave. A staff came rushing to me and asked if I own the jacket. That was an extra service from the staff. The breakfast is not so bad, at least they refill items that goes fast, bacon, sausage, eggs. Thank you.

Everything was good from the parking to the breakfast the front clerk was friendly and helpful

Parking is a little bit hard due to all the construction vehicles in there.Breakfast was good.I would stay here again
