The bathroom needs a total upgrade

Hotel descuidado y el personal de recepcion poco eficiente. Solicite factura y nunca la enviaron

I checked out early. Room smelled of sewer and was dirty. Toilet overflowed and it not get fixed. Pool wa out of order. Hotel would not give me my money back. Horrible experience. Don't ever stay here!

Rooms not very clean every thing alce ok

Staff was friendly, check in was easy. The rooms are way outdated. I had two rooms and they were easy opened from the other side which was a little scary. On the plus side it’s located in a good central area.

Nice place in the middle of everything! Great service! Quality room service at good prices. Location is great and they are pet friendly.

My room had A/C broken, they reassigned new room but it took about 30 min.

The rooms are very destroyed needs a lot of upgrades. Broken items and very poor conditions. The shower was awful shower head dirty and not working properly. There was food in the elevator floor very dirty.

Safe area and quiet.

I was disappointed that air conditioning, key card and elevators were not working during our stay.

Good for family, so close of American embassy.
