The hotel was perfect for our overnight in Kingston. Noisy in the early to mid evening but all quiet by 10:39. Rooms utilitarian but comforatable and worth the money spent to stay.

The room was okay. For the price it’s not what i thought it would be. The pictures are similar but its more like a MOTEL then a Hotel. The lobby is modern and very beautiful. I slept like a baby very comfortable. The motel could be better.

Hotel dated , recieved a coupon for breakfast and when asked where we get breakfast upon arrival we were told there is no breakfast provided only at the restaurant. Extremely noisy , children running up and down halls til 2 am, staff need to monitor for safety and security , children playing in the halls . Did not get.much sleep due to lack of other customers respect . Would not recommend

Hallway is a bomb bunker. Long loud tight Washroom in a closet . Awful

The staff was very welcoming when we arrived. Once we got to the room, that is when we started to have some concerns. The outside door to enter was broken and not locking properly, but it was fixed by the next morning. The inside door to our room looked like it had been kicked in a few times and the door frame was in really rough shape and poorly fixed. It was convenient having access to the parking lot via the patio door, but it too was falling apart and the handle was hanging on by one screw.

The rooms are comfortable and efficient. They have renovated the essentials and it works. The common areas are pleasant and new. very practical location, Good job! - continental breakfast-

Room was very clean and staff very friendly

I made a reservation for a king size bed, I was travelling with a baby. They checked me in with a twin bed, when I asked they said the king is not available and the booking went through as it usually does even if there is no available rooms. I am honestly surprised, definitely not coming back again. The rooms on top of this were not very good, clumsy room and lot of noise. Their outdoor is decorated but the rooms are not really good.

My wife stayed for a ladies conference and the rooms were great and the staff was very accommodating.

Overall very good BUT PAYING FOR PARKING IS NOT! ACCEPTABLE!!! Hey its on the 401 not DOWNTOWN !!

Room was clean the staff was very helpful, just did not appreciate the sly move the corp pulled charging for parking and the $50.00 pet charge. Didn't know Kingston had such limits on space, and that having a dog in a crate in my tile floor room posed an additional $50.00 cleanup charge?. What extra do they do besides sweep & wet mop the same as every room?

The room was quite run down, but the beds were comfortable, the hotel staff was very courteous and the lobby was beautiful and a great place to hang out!

Everything was very clean. We had access to our rm via a door to outside from our rm. The snow had not been shovelled there so it was difficult to walk from car to rm with luggage etc. Also it says bar/lounge as an amenity but they don’t have one yet. The bar/ lounge was one of the reasons we opted to stay there. Also no coffee in the lobby in the morning was disappointing.

Nice room. Very clean staff quick to get us registered even with a sports event coming in
