The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Excellent location, close to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options and excellent service. Highly recommended! It's being renovated. It will be even better when it's finished. The renovation did not affect my staying experience.

The hotel was good and the room was clean, but the hotel is a bit outdated. The carpets definitely needed to get replaced. The park across the street was not the safest to be in especially if youre a woman wanting to go out at night.

I would recommend this hotel. The pool on the roof was clean. The only downside is the location in the construction that is going on at this minute. I believe this area is up-and-coming.

This was our second stay at Mundial. The staff was very helpful, even lending me a voltage converter because I had forgotten mine. The location is close to Rossio Plaza, the Baxia, Chado and Alfama neighborhoods, and easily accessible to the airport. The hotel will reserve transfers to and from the airport at reasonable cost, if asked. The rooftop bar is overpriced, but a nice amenity, as is the complimentary breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Verify your room accommodations. Our room was clean, large, and comfortable. It was not, however, equivalent to the room we had on our first stay. I will definitely return, but I'll be more careful about the room assignment (view, beds, proximity to the elevator, etc.).

This is a very dated hotel that would benefit from a major renovation. The carpets are old, not only in the hallways but also in the guest rooms. The furniture feels outdated, and the air conditioning units appear quite old as well, which seemed to aggravate my allergies during my stay. I also found the photos and the rating to be misleading, as they do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, and the location is right in the middle of the action very convenient to many attractions.

I stayed here for a week and had nothing but great vibes and excellent customer service from all of the staff throughout the property! The only non-positive thing I have to say is this property does not have an iron or ironing board in each room, but that is normal when traveling throughout Europe. There is an iron you can share, but I was never able to get it. Luckily, there are multiple stores within walking distance that sell irons for as low as 15 Euros, so I just bought one. Security was posted at each entrance, including the parking garage, made me feel safe. The property was very clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful cocktail lounge downstairs near the lobby, a breakfast buffet on the second floor, a beautiful lunch and dinner restaurant named Veranda on the eighth floor, and an awesome lounge on the roof. Book a room with a balcony, like I did, on floors seven, eight, or nine. They have stunning views of Lisbon, and you get to eat at the breakfast buffet in Veranda every morning, instead of at the one on the second floor, which was crowded. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Lisbon. I can't wait to go back!

Hotel Is conveniently located near Airport and cruiseline. Staff is professional, warm and on the know. Rooms were exceptional, clean and had a welcome gift of Port and pastry. Views from the balcony was splendid. Wonderful hotel!!

Great hotel with friendly and accessible staff. Very walkable to many areas and access to shopping and restaurants. Simple and quick walk to Rossio train station for a day trip to Sintra.

Need more coat hangers 6 between 2 is not enough. Room had a kettle but no tea/coffee/cups etc. Residents do not have priority to the rooftop bar. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good location within easy walking distance of tourist attractions. Reception and door staff were extremely helpful.

We had a cooked breakfast which was included with the room we rented and it was very good and the room has spectacular view on top of it We did a lot of walking to see sights but is close transportation if you prefer
