Lovely spacious room and friendly staff

From checking in, to checking out, the service, the staff were great. The location is ideal for the city centre, but it's location is quiet with views of the Millennium bridge, 5 minute walk to the Sage Venue. 15 minute walk to train station, plenty of taxi's. Good choice of eateries.

Sadly the room we were in was above the goods in entrance and someone was emptying bins or loading stuff in at 06:30 in the morning. Rest of hotel was ok, pillows aren’t very good, very soft and don’t offer my support

Clean, spacious, modern room.

Fabulous stay in perfect location, all staff were friendly and helpful, shoutout to Andrew and Tessie in particular for excellent service of the lovely breakfast, room was comfortable with every amenity required. If I have to find a fault I can only cite the pillows were not to my personal liking.

Great hotel. Excellent staff. Renovated rooms make the world of difference. Bed was comfortable and bedding great quality. Back to being as great as it was. Definitely would recommend

Beautiful Hotel, in great quayside location with easy access to Newcastle City!

Lovely room and wonderful breakfast on Christmas morning. The whole hotel was very festive which together with the friendly staff made this a special stay. The room was dark and quiet so we had a good night sleep. The only slight frustration was the size of the bathroom (toilet and sink being v close together) though the bath and shower were very good.
