Lovely hotel in a perfect location, we got a really good deal, so we’re very happy with our stay. We also got 50% off the menu in the chez mal restaurant using the fork app. Lovely food but very pricey without the discount. Would definitely stay again if the price was right. Great hotel car parking opposite at a bargain price of £6 for 24 hrs

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Good location, not too far from city centre or train station.

Lovely hotel on Newcastle quayside, staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was large and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room, decorated to a high standard. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Easy to use parking area really close by and the breakfast is great!!

Hotel was nice but i booked a room for 2 adulds and 1 child. When we arrived we were told we had to pay an extra £30 for a bed for my child! I spent more that i anticipated! I was told the 10 year can share a king size bed with 2 adults, we would not have got any sleep!

Lovely hotel. Breakfast and evening meal were both very good value.

Room was spotless and well stocked. It was spacious and the bed very large and comfortable.

room had sick and blood all over the bathroom floor,walls and toilet we did get half the cost of the room back
