Beautiful location. Breakfast was ok. Few options available.

I was disappointed upon arrival to see that the waterfront room I thought I booked was covered by trees and I could not see the water from my room. I would have saved my money and booked the cheaper room had I knew that the waterfront room did not come with a view of the water

Pool was great

I cancelled the stay as I needed two nights not one and when I went to site to correct The price was almost double for the extra night and I would have to change rooms, so cancelled. Mel

The bed was clean and the staff were great. The room was showing it needs some updating. Especially the bathroom. But we had a great stay.

Breakfast was very good. Room was quiet and staff were friendly.

The breakfast was not the worst or the best. Very busy during the week at 9am. No option for late check out. When we first tried to get in the room the door unlocked but wouldn't open. The floor had some damage to it. Bathtub would leak. Toilet would move when sitting on it. We asked for the room cleaned and the bathroom was not cleaned and we were only left with 2 towels between 5 people when we had used 5 towels the night before.

We needed a place for only one night in Ottawa but were very impressed with our room and the surroundings. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very nice river view. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

We checked in late, 1:30 am. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but be sure you don't go right at the end of Breakfast hours as they clean up quickly. Great place overall.

Loved the pool and location on the river. The rooms were clean but needing updates. There were tiny sugar ants in my room, not many, harmless so didnt bother to complain as it really wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again.
