Room was immaculate. Beds + pillows were comfy. We slept like rocks. The bug issue was the number of people smoking weed everywhere. It was so gross! I read others commented same but hoped when we got there it would be ok. We were on the 2nd floor and the rotten weed smell came in the window and filled the room. We had to leave for a few hours. When walking in we passed people smoking it. Going in the back they were also there every time we went in or out during our 2 day stay. 2nd night there were 2 guys below our window telling for over an hour. On the last day my husband turned over his pillow and the stains mad him gag. See pic attached. For these reasons alone I would never go back. Bathrooms need updating. Cracked sink, and mold in corners. Breakfast was good - regular hotel fare.

The room assigned to us had strong cigarette smell and asked for another room. But initial reaction was quite blunt and unfriendly. Our stay turned out to be all right but we wouldn't go back to this place.

Very affordable room. Nice big room with TV and ok breakfast Only complains was that it wasn't that clean, especially around the floorboards and corners - were quite dirty - looks like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Very noticeable when I had to plug in my laptop. Cleaners need to do a more thorough job.

Breakfast here was good, no juice dispenser working, however, they did have cranberry in a jug. $25.00 for the dog to sleep on the floor was much. The cost of a room in Saint John was also to much, no cheaper options were available unless we were a hour away! Plenty of food options not far from the hotel!

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the dirty side and very dated (toilet barely flushed). The hotel offered no amenities but had a basic free breakfast. Lots of parking, however not in a walkable or convenient location. Room walls were thin but no road or outside noise present, but would be an issue with loud neighbours. Would recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious or need to stay for 1 night. Longer stays might need more amenities or a better location.

Torn shower curtain. Curtain rod is broken. Tv remote not working. A tired building.

I liked that it was clean & that breakfast was included.

The property is pretty simple, room was ok, floor wasn't swept well .. kinda rough around the edges. Didn't bother with breakfast. Don't feel it was worth the price paid.

Great place to stay- very hospitable staff and breakfast was delightful too. We will certainly be back👍

Bkft was sufficient . A suggestion of decaf tea or herbal tea available would be a good feature .

The rooms are basic but they provide everything that is needed. We got the room beside the breakfast room so there was a noise problem but the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was sufficient

The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. We were given a plunger, but it didn't seem to help. Also, the sausages at breakfast were cold on both days. There’s no way this hotel is worth the 180 a night.
